ADELANTO, CA – Epic is providing comprehensive right of way services for this on-system SBCTA/Caltrans project, including organizing and conducting a community outreach meeting, preliminary title reports, utility relocation and pothole coordination, appraisals, title and escrow, 62 acquisitions, two billboard relocations, property management, eminent domain support, Caltrans right of way certification and project closeout. The project is partially federally funded.
COLLEGE PLACE, WA – The city’s 51-parcel project included road and intersection improvements and pedestrian safety measures through the main corridor of the City. Epic’s work included turn-key acquisition services with title research, appraisal and appraisal review coordination, negotiations, payment coordination, title clearance and coordination with the WSDOT Local Area Coordinator. Epic acquired all property rights within an aggressive 5-month timeframe. Properties included residential, commercial and lands owned by Walla Walla University. The project was federally funded and required WSDOT Certification.
SPRINGFIELD, OR -Epic was the city’s right of way consultant for Phase I (McVay Highway to Mississippi Avenue). Acquisition services encompassed 22 businesses and included cut and reface mitigation strategies. Epic spearheaded Map 21*/early acquisition approval from ODOT for full acquisitions prior to design acceptance. Working with the local utility district, the Epic team helped identify water- and electric-easement needs for numerous utility relocations.
