After being involved in the right of way and real property industry for only eight years, and while managing Epic’s Northwest region, Mr. Fox now holds an SR/WA designation with the International Right of Way Association!  His extensive project management experience includes transportation, redevelopment, utility and wind energy projects.  The breadth of his professional achievements have been instrumental in helping Epic expand its horizons into the states of Washington and Idaho.  Collectively, his experience includes 5 years as a Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment Appraiser.   Overall, his responsibilities include the securing of deeds and easements and any assignments necessary for providing land needed for construction projects.  He establishes and maintains effective relationships needed to secure the cooperation of the public.   Mr. Fox has a combination of education and experience in right of way that enables him to be a leader in planning, scheduling and coaching agents and sub-consultants.  He is a Notary Public and Real Estate Salesperson.
