Regional Manager: Stephen Fox, SR/WA

Mr. Fox has been engaged in the right of way and real property industry for over 9 years.  After tremendous project success in Epic’s San Diego office, Mr. Fox was promoted and transferred to lead Epic’s Northwest team.  His project management experience includes transportation, redevelopment, utility and wind energy projects. He has a combination of education and experience in right of way that enables him to be a leader in planning, scheduling and coaching agents and subconsultants.  With a background in Fixture & Equipment Appraisal, he has a solid working knowledge of appraisal and engineering practices used in property acquisitions. Mr. Fox is a senior member of the International Right of Way Association and holds a Brokers license in the State of Washington. He is also a Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Idaho and California.
