Christine Nickerson is the manager of Epic’s Oregon regional office in Portland. She has transacted real estate for public works, transportation, housing, and utility projects for the last 17 years. Her graduate degree in psychology and a nine-year career as a social caseworker uniquely situates Christine for success in right of way project delivery and has contributed to her strong negotiation skills. She compassionately assesses needs and the emotions of those affected by right of way projects. Christine articulates right of way objectives in lay terms—a skill that has proven invaluable in aiding displacees, maintaining the project timetable, and encouraging positive community relations.
