As Epic’s senior regional manager for the greater Northwest region, Steve Fox oversees operations throughout Oregon, Washington and Idaho, as well as other Northwestern states. Steve’s fourteen-plus years in the right of way industry includes directly managing or providing advisory support for a broad range of projects, including transportation, energy, and housing. He has worked with numerous government agencies as well as many entities in the private sector, including WSDOT, ODOT, ITD, Caltrans, counties, cities, utilities and green power companies. Steve works closely with Epic professionals, mentoring them in all aspects of right of way services to the benefit of clients and the industry. He is a respected leader, is a licensed real estate salesperson in three states and is well versed in related federal, state and local regulations.

Christine Nickerson

Regional Manager, SR/WA

Christine Nickerson has a background that is uniquely suited for right of way project delivery. She has 15 years in real estate transactions, including comprehensive experience in negotiations, acquisitions and relocation services spanning the energy, transportation (road and rail) and water sectors. Equally important is her nine-year career as a social caseworker and her graduate degree in psychology. Her ability to listen, access needs and emotions, and articulate right of way objectives and relocation benefits in lay terms are attributes that aid displacees and, in turn, advance the overall project. Christine has acquired property in four states, including Oregon and Washington, and in both of those states she holds real estate broker licenses. She joined the Epic team in 2014 and has been integral on a variety of projects ranging from design/build transportation to a large-scale housing expansion.
