Our very own Kim Bibolet, Inland Empire Regional Manager, was awarded “Professional of the Year” by the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Inland Empire Chapter 57.  This peer-nominated recognition, awarded in June 2019, reflects Kim’s dedication to the right of way industry and exemplary support to the Association.
