On Tuesday, August 27, 2019, the Business Development Association of the Inland Empire (BDA/IE) hosted an interactive panel discussion among transportation engineering leaders at Caltrans District 8.  The luncheon was moderated by Michael Beauchamp, Caltrans District 8 Director, and was joined by panelists Xavier Quintanar, Senior Transportation Engineer for Utility Engineering, Alberto Vergel de Dios, Transportation Engineer Local Assistance Division, Andy D. Quach, Senior Transportation Engineer for the Riverside Encroachment Permit Unit, and Nancy Escallier, Project Delivery Manager for the District 8 Right of Way division.  Industry professionals submitted questions ahead of the event for a well-curated and dynamic discussion.  Epic Land Solutions’ own Client Relations Manager, Kathy Tegeler, coordinated the program as Co-Chair of Programs for BDA/IE.  BDA/IE provides professionals within the Architectural / Engineering / Construction (A/E/C) industries unparalleled networking, educational, and professional development opportunities.  The panel discussion was held at the Ontario Gateway Hotel in Ontario, CA.
