Epic’s Inland Empire Regional Office occupies the historic Ironworks Building in downtown Riverside, a California Historical Resources Landmark and Riverside County Historic Landmark. This two-story building originally housed the California Iron Works and the Stebler Parker Company. Fred Stebler was the inventor and manufacturer of early machinery used to grade, clean, and pack citrus fruit. The structure is designed in the FalseFront Industrial and Utilitarian styles of architecture. In the spirit of 20th century industry, the Riverside office now dons it’s own “ironwork” sign displaying the Epic name.
