EPIC was featured on November 4th on the Walla Walla Union-Bulletin website, a newspaper dedicated to serving the Walla Walla Valley through quality journalism. The article highlighted EPIC’s support for Walla Walla County on their Wallula Avenue Project. The contract with EPIC was unanimously approved by Walla Walla County commissioners, allowing the firm to provide comprehensive right of way acquisition services and WSDOT Certification support. EPIC will be providing acquisition services for 8 tax parcel numbers affecting 8 unique owners, consisting of two permanent easement acquisitions and 6 temporary construction easements (TCEs). Per the County’s website, this project aims to reconstruct the intersection to include a compact roundabout and sidewalks. Thank you to the Walla Walla Union-Bulletin for highlighting our work on this County on this project. We look forward to contributing to this project to help improve the traffic influx in the area and increase pedestrian safety.
