Microsoft Project
At the start of each project, Epic prepares a project plan and determines the critical path to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule. Epic uses Microsoft Project to develop and visualize project schedules, and to manage resource capacity across projects to ensure that no individual resources are over- or under-allocated.
